If you want to run faster, jump higher, squat lower, lift weights more efficiently and achieve your exercise goals, then mobility training will be a big part of your trainings. Mobility refers to the joint's ability to move through a given range of motion.
For example: A healthy shoulder is a great example of a joint that has a large range of motion, with good mobility. The mobility allows us to use our arm/hand in many directions. One great thing about mobility training is its diversity.
There is no such thing as a perfect meditation. Sometimes your mind wanders or you completely forget to be focused on your breath. And that is perfectly fine. It's part of the experience. Learning to meditate is like learning any other skill.
Through meditation, we try to become aware and gain a healthy sense of perspective. We work with thoughts or feelings to observe them without judgment. The goal is for us to understand them as best as possible.
