Crossfit Strength

If weights are your passion, then you will like this training. It’s oriented on complex and multi-joint exercises, especially with different types of training aids, but also with your own body weight. Here you will work with dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes and other.

Working with your own body weight is a priority for us, so here you will also experience exercises focused on the center of the body, your core, strong arms, shoulders, legs, which will improve your overall strength and explosiveness. Strength is what we want to gain through targeted exercise.
